Mimi Gonzalez is a forward thinker who lives to discuss the undiscussable.

She is a Human Resources Specialist at Stanley Black & Decker, a film producer for Ten out of Ten Productions, and in her free time she loves doing Spoken Word and making candles. She is passionate about driving organizational change through diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as leveraging the arts as a platform to empower voices in underrepresented groups. She is excited about her keynote at the RISE conference because it’s a valuable opportunity to discuss current challenges and how we can be resilient. During tumultuous times, it is important to remember that together we stand and divided we fall.
